CompTIA Linux+ Powered by LPI covers common tasks in major distributions of Linux, including the Linux command line, basic maintenance, installing and configuring workstations, and networking. The Linux+ exam is comprised of the LX0-103 and LX0-104. You must past LX0-103 before taking LX0-104.

CompTIA Linux+ Certification requires two exams: LX0-103 and LX0-104
A new benefit for those who received CompTIA Linux+ certification is that their exam records can be forward to the Linux Professional Institute. If the professional passes the exams, they are enabled to become LPIC-1 certified and can further participate in the LPI program. Please note the CompTIA maintains candidate-confidential records for all exam takers for their own access – any choice to forward an exam record to LPI is made only by the candidate.
