4. Payment Terms

- You only pay for completed work
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own all rights to the custom code and designs created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary code in future projects.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Supply necessary content, assets, and information
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Communicate any concerns or changes promptly
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codes 4 Less shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
